FirstImpulse Studios grants authorized recipients a non-exclusive license to install and use Setlist without charge for personal use. Setlist remains proprietary software. This license does not grant permission to redistribute, sell, sublicense or publish FirstImpulse Studios's proprietary source code or binaries. Contact FirstImpulseSupport@gmail.com to request additional permission. Rights that applicable law does not permit to be restricted remain unaffected.

Third-party components retain their separate licenses and rights. Notices included in the licenses folder apply to those components and are not overridden by this license.

Setlist is independent of Clone Hero, YARG, Chorus Encore and RhythmVerse. Product names identify compatibility or services, not sponsorship or endorsement.

This license grants no rights to third-party recordings, compositions, artwork or charts. Your use of that content must be authorized by the applicable rights holders or otherwise permitted by law, and must comply with applicable service terms. This does not remove any obligations that apply to FirstImpulse Studios.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Setlist provides tools for discovering, downloading, organizing and playing rhythm-game content. Recordings, compositions, lyrics, charts, artwork and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

Availability through Setlist or an external service does not establish that a particular use is authorized. FirstImpulse Studios does not grant any license to third-party content. You may access, download, copy or use that content only when authorized by the applicable rights holders or otherwise permitted by law, and subject to applicable service terms. This applies to previews and cached copies as well as installed files.

You must not use Setlist to infringe intellectual property rights, circumvent access controls without authorization or legal permission, or redistribute content without authorization or another lawful basis. FirstImpulse Studios does not authorize or encourage infringement.

External services operate independently and may change, restrict or discontinue access. FirstImpulse Studios does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or the licensing status of individual items. Access to a service is not a representation that its content is licensed for your intended use.

Setlist is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Clone Hero, YARG, Chorus Encore, RhythmVerse or their respective owners. Their names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms do not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on FirstImpulse Studios or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. A user's agreement does not waive the rights of third-party rights holders.
